Deposit Requirements

All tournament groups will be required to send in a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your fees on your tournament date. Credit cards may be used instead of cash or check for your deposit. Cancellation of your tournament will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Payment and Tee Time Information

 We will accept cash, checks, or credit cards for tournament fees. The tournament director must provide a pairings schedule to the pro shop.  Food service costs will be paid to the concessionaire on the day of play.

No Shows

No shows will not be refunded. Foul weather refunds will be given only if the golf course becomes unplayable and is closed by golf course staff. Rained out tournaments will be rescheduled if possible.

Food and Beverage Service

All food and beverage services must be purchased from the food service concessionaire. You will not be allowed to dispense food or beverages of any kind to tournament participants. See our food services section for a selection of food services. You must call to make arrangements for any food services at least one week before your scheduled tournament date.

Please inform your golfers that in order to comply with Utah liquor laws:

Special Golf Course Preparation

Closest to the hole and long drive markers are available at no cost from the pro shop. If you need lines drawn for straight drive contests, sponsor signs put on tees, or any other special requirements for your tournament, please let us know and get us the necessary materials at least the day before your event. Groups must play the white tees unless otherwise requested.

Pace of Play

Players will be expected to play in less than five hours. Maximum number of players for a full shotgun is 136 (34 foursomes). Please do not exceed this number of players.

Tee Prizes and Tournament Winnings

Tournament groups will not be allowed to dispense golf products/tee prizes to their participants unless you have cleared it with the Tournament Staff. We can provide tee prizes, logo balls, hats, towels, gift certificates, etc.  We will give the following certificate in addition to what you spend ($100-$500: additional-10% certificate, $501-1,500: additional-15% certificate).  Please allow us the opportunity to work with you in providing your tournament prize needs.

Cancellation Policy

Groups that cancel their tournament after it is calendared and their deposit is received will lose their deposit. Groups canceling within 7 days will lose their deposit and be billed full price for every tee time not filled during their scheduled tee times.

Damage and Indemnity

Your company or group agrees to hold harmless Davis County & Valley View G.C. from any and all injury to persons or damage to property and agrees to reimburse the facility and/or it’s concessionaires for any and all damages to facilities, golf carts, or golf course caused by any person in or associated with your group.
